The Healing Through the Arts (“HTTA”) programme offers activities tailored for the women diagnosed with, and survivors of breast cancer.
They offer a therapeutic outlet, allowing you to express and process your emotions creatively. This fosters a sense of comfort and well-being for patients in their journey.
To participate in our HTTA programmes, you must be a BCF Member with a personal history of breast cancer. BCF Membership not only grants you access to our exclusive activities but also connects you with a vibrant community passionate about personal growth and development.
If you are not a registered BCF member, please click here to continue and learn more about BCF membership.

No, all HTTA sessions are held in person.
Yes, you will need to be a BCF member to join. The general cost for HTTA is $10 for a block of 10 sessions. However, for certain programmes, the cost might be slightly higher due to the materials used.
Yes. The fees are collected for a ‘block’ of sessions. We encourage participants who register to attend as many sessions as they can, if not all.
While the activities are conducted by experienced instructors who can offer less intense options during the class, it is important for participants to listen to their bodies during the class and adjust their efforts accordingly. It is also recommended for those still undergoing treatment to check with their doctor(s) before starting any fitness-type HTTA activity.
All participants are covered under a Public Liability Policy.
